Michael Voong is currently a second year Ph.D. student at the School of Computer Science, University of Birmingham under the supervision of Russell Beale.

His research interests are in HCI with a background in AI, currently focusing on dynamic personal social networks, location-aware mobile systems, blogging and urban atmospheres.
